America Defaults
America Can Not Show a Just or Legal Cause for inflicting the “Akaka Bill” on the People of Hawaii. See the Writ of Prohibition sent to the entire U.S. Government, Individually and Collectively, both Electronically and Hand Delivered. In Effect, by ignoring this Writ, They’ve admitted that they, The Government of the United States, have NO jurisdiction over Hawaii.
The reason we are so adamant against the “Akaka Bill” is:
1) America has no more right to recognize the Native Hawaiians as they do the residents of any other Nation. The Hawaiians ARE NOT “Native Americans”, They DO NOT live in (North, Central or South) America. They do not wish to be called Americans.
2) America has already recognized Hawaiians as the inhabitants of the Nation that they unjustly conquered, and have publicly admitted to have done so. (See Public Bill 103-150, signed into Law by President Clinton).
3) To accept the “Rights and Privileges” assigned by the “Akaka Bill” would admit the right of the US Government to do so and keep the Hawaiians from ever being restored to a “Free and Sovereign Nation”.
If I were to take several well armed friends into my neighbor’s house and declare that what was his is now mine, that is called stealing not diplomacy. If I should then “give” him the right to live there, am I less a thief. If he accepts that, he is accepting my right to do it, This is what the “Akaka Bill” is, it is “blessing” the Hawaiians with the privilage of being a captive nation, in their own land.

Subject: American government defaults
To: admin@freehawaii.org
Hi Eric:
Here is the default document for the Writ of Prohibition which we e-mailed to
Congress. They were sent out to five groups of Congress members and
Senators. This is only one of the groups. The document is the same for all.
The caption will probably be messed up, but it’s the same as the one on the
Writ of Prohibition. These defaults pertain to the e-mailed Writ of
Prohibition. Later, (Sept 5,2001) the same writ was hand delivered to
everyone on the caption in Washington. They have defaulted on that by now
also, but we will not be posting them any defaults due to the present Anthrax
threat in the U.S. postal system. Let me know if you want the names of the
rest of the people who were served by e-mail. Mahalo, Lissa
