Activist

Aloha Mr. Michael Harlan L—n:

Your E-mail has been forwarded to the office of HRM Akahi Nui of the Hawaiian Islands by the Webmaster at www.freehawaii.org (Americans for First Nations Web Site). I have the honor of answering you to thank you for your opinions. Mahalo.

In order to avoid any further misunderstandings, please allow me to inform you that His Royal Majesty Akahi Nui is not involved with any “movement” or activist groups. He is the Sovereign of the Hawaiian Islands (See LAWS OF NATIONS). His Royal Hawaiian Majesty is not seeking sovereignty, he is the Sovereign of Hawaii by hereditary royal succession on both his father’s and mother’s sides of the family.

The Kingdom of Hawaii is still in existence today (See Larson vs Hawaiian Kingdom, World Court, the Hague). The Kingdom of Hawaii was recognized by the United States as an independent sovereign nation in various international treaties and conventions dating back to the 1800’s, including the Blount Report ordered by U.S. President Grover Cleveland. More recently, in US Public Law 103-150.

All opinions aside, the fact that the United States committed an armed naval invasion on January 16, 1893 (and admitted to it in U.S. Public Law 103-150 signed by U.S. President and Congress) on a peaceful and neutral nation, is a very pertinent fact. See the Laws of Nations. See US Constitution, See Genocide Convention.

His Royal Majesty is vested with the RIGHT and DUTY of preserving the nation. See LON. His Royal Majesty Akahi Nui holds Allodial Land Titles to the Hawaiian Islands, which were placed into trust by King Kamehameha III.

I regret that I have no further time to address all of your comments, many of which could be construed as an attack against the glory of our nation (See Laws of Nations). Nevertheless, thank you very much for your point of view. Fortunately, society is governed by laws rather than opinions.

Respectfully,

Lissa A. Kahiamoe

Secretary for HRM Akahi Nui of the Hawaiian Islands
